If a user terminates their subscription, they are downgraded to a free after the end of the subscription period.

What payment methods do you offer?

Scalenut accepts all major credit and debit cards. We use Stripe for secure payment processing, including 3D secure authentication for your privacy and protection.

Can I change the plan anytime?

Yes, you can easily switch between plans anytime as per your needs. If there are unused credits from your current plan then we’ll automatically deduct an equivalent amount from your new bill. The subsequent billing cycle will then reflect the original price for the plan.For instance, if you are only 15 days into using your monthly plan and wish to upgrade, then you get a discount of half of the initial plan’s monthly subscription fee while upgrading.

Can I cancel the plan anytime?

Yes, you can add additional team members in the Pro plan. In the pro plan, you can add 1 team member free of cost. You can always buy additional seats at an additional cost.

How many pages are included in Link Manager? And what is the cost for additional pages?

All plans include 100 pages for free. If you need more pages, it costs $19 for the first 1000 pages per month, and an additional $5 for every 500 pages per month post that.
